Topic: VDJ beach ball of death when loading track

i have 500GB of music added to search DB on VDJ but when i load tracks i get beach ball of death on my mac. this can last for 5 min plus most of the time i have to force quit then reload to search DB. anyone have a fix for this as i cant dj with this having to use backup cd's all the time.

Does this happen only when you load tracks or when you try to open a folder? try making your library folders smaller or start building virtual folders which only give you links to files instead of the files themselves. it's less for the mac to think about.

Hi guy fixed now had to buy a new hard drive and get a new copy of my music disk was f**ked :)
