Working like a charm on my win7
 
I transfered my playlist from 5.2 to 7.0 and it sees the list and loads the list but when I attempt to play the list clears. Can I really use the old playlist in the newer version?
 
I seem to remember the database gets converted when upgrading from V5 to V6 then to V7.

I don't think jumping directly from 5.2 to 7 will work.

Thanks, what about the history files? With all those type files have the same issue?
 
Worked it hard for several hours in testing, pretty much no issues... IMO this is the best build of VirtualDJ ever... hands down. Congrats and thanks to the VDJ crew!

Videos load lightning fast, processor never peaks, videos don't randomly stop anymore (happened rarely with the last build) and I only had one or two vids with gaps appearing in the audio that needed to be reloaded.

History files should still work assuming the music is still in the same place. It's just the main database structure that has changed.

This new Virtual DJ 7.0.4 softwear is so much better and it has not been freezing/sticking at all. I am happy with it, the sound from it is so clear.
As it broadcast live stream is better. Keep up good work Virtual DJ.

Maybe I spoke too soon hehe, I am still getting audio gaps in loaded videos from time to time, seemingly more as the night goes on and VDJ has been running longer... and reloading multiple times often doesn't solve the problem.

Hi!Sorry I couldn't find the post new topic button, so I use this thread instaead.I would like to know I just got the mixtrack pro vdj mapping in my download centre LE version.Question is I just sold my controller and would like to get the reloop 3 or dn-mc 6000.Would I still get the new mapping for either reloop or dnmc6000 under my same cd key or registration under my name the next time I log in?Would vdj detect my new player and automatically install the mapping in my download centre?Thx!
 
If those controllers come with vdj le you will get a new registration and you will need to reinstall vdj as le only works with the specified controller it comes with, and it will be fully mapped for the new controller. If however the controller does not come with vdj you could use you old serial to upgrade to pro at a discount, then you could use any midi controller with virtual dj and unlock the available skins and plugins.

To post new topic you can use the pencil and paper icons located at top and bottom of page, the same one you used to post in this thread, except when starting a new thread (on the main forum page you want to place it in) remember to fill in title bar at top of new page with the subject you want to discuss.
 
Reloop DigitalJockey 3 is not currently natively supported by VirtualDJ, so it will not work unless you map it yourself in the full VirtualDJ Pro.

Denon DN-MC6000 is natively supported and comes with VirtualDJ LE included.

i want to ask if you fixed the error for the cdj 350 when we use the cd and turn to a midi control the virtual dj crashing

As stated a couple pages ago - your issue is an XP exclusive issue. It is generated in the OS not from VirtualDJ.

Yes, the VirtualDJ 'bug' with the CDJs was fixed.
 

i thought from my reply, that the crashguard showed it was win xp, thats why i wondered when they asked if it was win xp, to see if it was something to do with that, but never got a straight answer.

so your telling me if i upgrade from xp it'll be ok? and there will never be a fix for this for xp cause its the operating system fault not a vdj one?

I just uploaded the old beatgrid effect. I worked for me after upgrading. just replace your current version
