I have just dowloaded the 7.0.4 MMS file and Im trying to install it on XP and its coming up with an error.. i have all the latest MS fixpacks and the latest windows installer.
 
Please try to redownload the file. Looks like it's broken.

NEW Version Download,

With the site improvements I would kindly suggest that your servers allow the "RESUME" function for updates.

I have a slow Satellite connection and they time out frequently making me download 2-3 times till one is complete without a timeout or Internet disconnection.

What is the reported info in the Crash guard file ?

Also, are you running the latest firmware for the CDJ-850?

didn't think they had released a firmware update yet, but now that i checked i see there is one dated 26th april. i'll download that and try again.

Quickly updated the firmware on the cdj's at the end of the night and tried it again, but the crash window still appears. :(

I have installed ver. 7.0.4, and when launching, its says Loading database. It has been stuck there for over 15 minutes. This is not normal.

Any suggestions?

i have the same issue, m on XP and have not been able to update the past few versions.

I to have a problem installing V7.0.4 coming up with the "NOT A VALID....."

I've downloaded it twice so not a download issue, this new installer seems to be creating problems...

I to are using XP is XP no longer being fully supported by VDJ, or was it was tested on later OS's and not tested on XP
with the assumption that it be ok with XP.

Anyway thanks for the update, hopefully it will be fixed so XP users can enjoy it soon. .... Cheers.
 
The programme installs ok on my xp systems.
 
Just download the new one the bloody thing come up with this diffrent writing hav no idea what lanuage it is also my old vdj7 did the same ,can someone tell whats wrong by the way i have a mac
