Topic: Crashes When I Connect my External HD

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Well i have been using VDJ for quite sometime and never ran into this issue before, much less crashing..but when i run the software it works just fine. But the minute I attempt to connect my external HD. Just before it finsihes its load process VDJ crashes and wont recover, merely continues to repeat the crash whenever I click on recover!

In that case, please register it on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest v7.0.3 Pro: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

v6.0.8 is an old version of the software and there have been many changes and improvements to the software since then, including bug fixes. Please try with the latest version, and if you still get a crash with v7.0.3, post the details

NOTE: We no-longer debug old versions such as v6.0.8
