I have posted so many times now! It still has no stars under my name and it says no license user. Is there a rank system? Points?
Please help me!

the only options for stars are no license user "self explanatory" - le user "has a copy of the lite software that came with a controller" - pro user "has registered their serial" - experienced pro user "someone who has been around for a while (I have been here for a couple of years on and off and still a pro :) - vip "provide plugins/skins and support members and atomix".
You unfortunately will be a no license user until you purchase a versoin of the software... You can however change your avatar by clicking on "modify my profile" just above the forum messages

You will need to purchase a VirtualDJ product to gain more stars and a status other than 'No License User': http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html

You should be able to by going to your home page http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/index.html and clicking on the green spanner icon above the default silhouette picture.
