Topic: Vms4 Pitch reset

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

How can I stop pitch from resetting. Every time I move the pitch slide on the left deck...it slowly move back up or down! How can I disable it from doing this. Can anyone help me...please!!!!!!!!!

Goto Config->Mappers, select the VMS4. From the right Key Drop down menu select the PITCH_C Key.
In the action tab you will see probably pitch_reset. Simply delete this action and press Ok.
 
I deleted it from vms4 mapping page....and it still doing it on the left deck. The pitch slide on the right deck works good.
 
In case you use my mapper, goto C:\Username\Mydocuments\VirtualdJ\Mappers and rename the mapper file from American Audio VMS4 mapping (DjDad) to American Audio VMS4 mapping. Launch VDJ again and try to do the same thing (delete the action) of the PITCH_C

I change the name delete the pitch_c reset......and it still not performing right. I called AA and sent it back under the warranty. Hopefully they can fix it......thanks for the help.
 
is the slider moving up and down or just resetting ??
