I'm a little confused on one of the specs of this unit. It says:
"Pitch/Fader/Volume Lock function - holds the last known Audio value and position until the NULL point is reached again"
What exactly does that mean?

It's a safety feature - When you toggle between decks (E.g: A -> C), if you then move the pitch slider and then toggle back to deck A again, the pitch slider will no-longer be in the correct position.
The controller will ignore all further movements of the pitch slider until you move it back to the correct position again, preventing a sudden jump in pitch that would occur otherwise.
