I would not run a full output channel to the 10" mains as long as you are running it with the 15" subs. Making the subs try to reproduce the mids and highs is bad and making the mains reproduce the lows will likely blow them or distort it in a way that will be tough to listen to. Because you a re running out to a powered speaker I don't think you can use the built in crossover in the CPL55 subs. the extra power would likely blow your mains. get a set of passive inline RCA crossovers. One set with a high pass filter to put in line with your mains and another set with a low pass filter to send the signal to your subs. While not as good as an active crossover they should do the job decently in your situation.

I think the 100hz models in each type would work well for you. They just plug inline with your RCA cables

What if I do have a mixer to be connected with my 2 powered APS15 Harbinger speakers and I want to use a splitter to connect with my Av40 monitors.. is that possible? thanks!

I think that would depend a lot on what model of mixer you are using and your overall setup.
Typically your mixer may have several output types. I would normally run the full rca output to the mixer. Then run a full level output from the mixer to the 15" mains.

If you just want to hear what you are doing then you would need to put a splitter between the Mixtrack and the mixer if you will be adding other instruments or performers to the final mix at the mixer. Depending on the capabilities of the monitors you may want to add the HPCs in line.

Hello, i am a newbie and have interest in mixing music. I currently own a Numark Mixtrack Pro and I face some difficulty especially setting up the audio part. After installation and connecting the Numark with my Mac, the audio from Deck A and B plays through my Mac's speaker and not the headphones. Also are the RCA cables necessary and how do i connect them to my speakers.?

Anyone can help me in this?
