Topic: need help setting up headset

so im using vdj for broadcasting my mixes onto a radio station but i havnt figured out how to setup my mic on my logitec g35 headset
specs and hardware.
windows 7
I-5 proccessor
4gb ram
i dont have any mixers/ turntables.

if you can help me out it would be nice thanks =)

i have master as my laptop speakers
and headphones as other

but when i put mic nothing happens.
