jam discos
have installed the new verson of vdj (7.3) but for some reason i cant download any video effects it say vdj not installed. vdj is installed and working and befor this update had no problem with it can anyone help thanks.

I notice you're using the Hercules RMX, check out this site http://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-gb/ for your answer. It may be something small like a driver update? I am not sure, but at least give it a try, they have a many more experts on the RMX/VDJ7.
