I have 2 Radius 3000 units hooked up to my computer running Windows XP SP3. I can't get both of them to revognize. I think there is an issue related to Windows XP and how it recognizes devices. Can anyone shed some light on this. I hook up the first unit and it recognizes no problem. Then I hookj up the second one and I get an error saying that it can't recognize the unit and it says it's an unknown device.
Can someone please get back to me with some ideas.

what firmware version are your Radius 3000`s?
we have upgraded ours to - con-11, ser-8, buf-7, dsp-22
maybe yours is the same?
