Hi Guys, im starting to play music videos now to my sets, what is the ideal requirement to run them smoothly, im running on vista and have Intel(R)Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00GHz 4.00GB 32-bit But i have noticed when i load a video that my cpu runs into maxium sometimes then once loaded stays around 20% is this ok or do i need a bigger Processor? also im thinking of going back to using XP Professional is this better than Vista? and on the cpu?

I have an Asus with pretty much the same specs and I've been running videos on it successfully for about a year with effects. Also running Vista. So id say if it works leave it. You could probably tweak your system and the cpu might drop a little more.

I was told that XP runs better on virtual dj, may have a clean up to improve the cpu, thanks Huey.
