Gang -
I have SP1 on my rig and so far so good.
After a complete image backup, of course.
Now I don't do video, but do have a Nvidia 220GT DDR3 1GB installed.
Tomorrow, I plan to give it more of a workout.

SP1 Pahhh BSOD 3 times this morning
1. Opening a playlist
2. Playing a song then attempting to open in window.
3. All my Covers disappeared. Tried reload tags.
How many other ways is this gonna affect VDJ users

I tried to update 4 times on my DJ rig and everytime it got to 99% then resorted back. I have no clue I only use it for gigs and connect to the internet when there are updates...

Seems Disc access is the problem.
songs play ok if that is all you wanna do.
But try to edit anything on the disc (Even if the song is paused) I get BSOD.
All my songs are on a network drive. Might be drivers associated with pathway to network drive.
Network / Disc etc

If you plan to install, get the entire 500mb file and install from there.
Easier and more better vs the update service.
Anyhoo, so far so good and no issues surfaced.
Supposed to improve how sound drivers - esp USB based devices behave.
DAC-3 is doing just dandy.
For those who want to use ASIO4ALL, that too is a viable option. It seems to help overcome quirky WDM issues on non ASISO cards.
