Topic: 4mx driver problems

i recieved my 4mx and installed the disc. all drivers seem to be working fine except the midi driver. i have uploaded the drivers from the hercules site. i have even tried to roboot the firmware, i got an error code. it was:
i need some help. thanks

Are you by any chance connecting your DJ Console to a USB 3.0 port (the inside of the connector is blue) ?

If this is the case, try a regular USB 2.0 port if you get the same problem.
