Hello All - having problems with the display for slideshow on a couple of specific slides. The slides are playing with a bunch of other slides that all show normally. The slides play through in order once perfectly. Then the slides in question play through the second time as though the bottom border had been slid about six inches to the left, creating this weird, diagonal stretching effect.
Any idea? Using Windows 7.

I have been having this same problem, sometimes if I close out the software all together...then reopen it works fine.
But it will do it again later in the night, and I have no way of closing it during a show. There is some type of glitch in this software.
I tried to reset to factory specs, but it still does it.
It will play in this order....1 through 10 are fine, example 11 & 12 are messed up, 13 through 20 are good. Then 1 through 3 are messed up, 2 through 10 are good...you get the picture.
I hope someone addresses this problem
