Hey.

Is it possible to use 2 external sound cards in vertual DJ PRO 7.
The Specific card that I plan to use is a Behringer U-Control UCA222

Yes it is possible as far as that card goes never used it so I can't tell you. Just search the forums for that card and something should come up.
