Has anyone gotten this to work?

It is a virtual Hercules MkII for android. It has an midi xml file, according to the instructions it needs a controller def to work with 7. Is there a controller def that I can download that I can change the ID so VDJ will see a Hercules Controller connected.

I've spend about an 1hr mapping it via midi, but the play/cue buttons are intermittent. I feel like I had this issue before when I mapped my RMX in midi mode, I just don't want to spend another 7hrs doing that again. I no longer have the previous def file I had before.

I can map things out but when it comes to making these types of files I have no clue as to what or where to even start, lol! If you decide to take the time could please share your file as I would love to give this a try on my Droid X.

Got the jogs and sliders to work. Still can't figure out the buttons. They work some of the time. It like they are stuck pressed down after the 1st time your press them. I don't know how in vdj script how to tell it to read it as momentary, I think this is the issue. I had this issue in VDJ5 with the RMX but there was a radio button for momentary and slider/button.

I don't know the proper verb usage. Does anyone have a sample script to use for cue_stop / play_pause for another device?

There is an option in the DJ Control settings on your phone to make 'All buttons are momentary.' Check that and it should keep them from 'sticking.'

Now if I can just get VDJ7 to recognize DJ Control... =)

this has me baffled, how do i get the app to link to the computer? this would be so much easier if it came with instructions. sigh
