how do i do it ??
i usually run the rmx into my mixer or the clubs and cue phones with the mixer
i've never used a controller to cue the phones
right now i'm at the club and the phones cue has croaked on the mixer, all i get is the main mix
it was working last i was here on tues
the config is on headphones , master 3/4 phones 1&2
i have the phones plugged in and the cue knob all the way to the left for cue

Did you plug the RMX into the same USB slot? Double check your sound settings, maybe revert to the two deck set up, for today and not use the advance sound set up....

thanks Tear , yeah i already switched the config , the output is phones
master is 3/4 phones are 1/2 , it seems like it's set right .....

Switch it around to "Master 1/2" and "Headphones 3/4" atleast thats how I have it, lol! I guess it really wouldnt matter as long as you have the right 1/4 inch jacks picked that go to your soundboard or else they'll hear it when you CUE tracks.
