Was wondering if anybody has been able to get the the Virtual box to work properly with vista/win 7 and vdj 7. Or would it be better to reinstall vdj 6.2?

Just got a new HP with Win 7. For the life of me, I cant get the drivers to load. I get a message saying the driver is not verified, so security wont let me install the driver.
Im using a beta driver of Numarks website.

restart your pc and tap f8 until a menu pops up with the option to disable the driver signature enforcer. disable it and your virtual dj/cue/vinyl program should find your virtual vinyl..........but if you use virtual dj radio, v.7 will not work. use v.6

Disable any Antivrus software you have on your computer first. Disable Firewall too in case it is controlled by windows. then install drivers again.

If I am right you have windows 7 64bit OS. If so you are trying to use the 64bit beta drivers for VV or any Numark Beta drivers. The problem with the beta driver is that it has no certificate so windows won’t let you use it. To get it to work you will have to boot windows with certificates disabled, this will let you use the Numark beta drivers. It’s not the best but it’s the only way to get Numark beta drivers to work with windows 7 64bit OS.
It is not the firewall or AV if you have windows 7 64bit OS I had the same thing.
Reboot using advanced start up options and there is an option to turn off signature enoforcement.
Reboot as normal and press F8. Then select " Disable Driver Signature Enforcement". Then install the unsigned driver.
Hope this helps,
Ian
