Hey guys maybe you can help me out here. Im about to order the Numark DJ Battle Pack. Right now im currently running the vdj program...but my question is how do I hook everything up to my labtop ?? Should I buy the Numark DM950 USB Mixer or is there a way around it by using the normal 2 channel mixer that comes with the package. So far what I have planned on getting 1.Numark Battle Pack
2.Numark Dj IO Audio Interface 3.Rane Serato Scratch Vinyls... I was also curious what does the maya 44 usb card do is that to hook everyting up to your labtop ?? Thnk You in Adance.

You should get a soundcard with 4inputs - 4outputs at least...Native Instruments Audio 4 DJ is one of the good kind. Your soundcard will serve as the "mediator" between your turntables+mixer and your computer.
It will be more inspiring once you have them (your gear). You'll also find a lot of topics that tackle this in the forum.
