Topic: Phone system doesn't seem to be working...... again.....

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Once again I've been trying to get through to Sales and/or tech support. I've been leaving messages for someone to call back on a daily basis since Monday. Then automated system keeps me on hold for about 11 mins before sending me over to voice mail. Most of the time I can press 3 to reach sales and the system wont register that anything was pressed. I get the same when trying to reach Tech Support. The system will get to the end of it's menu options and just disconnect. Generally companies will set the automated system to go through the menu options 2-3 times before disconnecting.

Any chance I might be able to get through to sales somehow? I may be wrong in this but it seems I had this very same issue before about 2 months ago. Last time I was able to reach someone 1 time. No contact since. If someone could email me a number other than to the automated system, that would be great. *************@gmail.com

Also try using the support/ticket system, top right of this page.
