hello i'm trying to install a new skin on my iphone and it give me this note (install failed error number;6) and it stop I can not find the problem anybody can help me Thank's

Im having the same issue, i made a folder inside the virtual dj folder in documents called iPhone and still had no success. I called customer service and endless wait time and then sent to a answering service, this is unbelieveable. Ive opened a support ticket, but based on previous experiences i'll be lucky to get a response within a weeks time:-(
