Is it possible to make a skin, that also change the sampler, effect & record page ?
if it is please tell me how to edit those pages, 'cause i can't find them any where in the skin file

Those particular pages are built into the BROWSER section of the skin file.
If you want to change those pages, your best bet would be to create your own versions of those pages and assign all of the functions to your customized pannel that you creae and then take away any buttons that would reference that browser 'page'.
