Can the numark mixtrack pro handle the 4 decks of vdj7? thanks!

Yes..
all 2 deck controllers can handle 4 decks, by a special logic built into vdj 7.

Think of your 2 deck controller as having LEFT and RIGHT side.

In vdj you can set ANY deck to left deck, or right deck, and control this deck from either right or left side of your 2 deck controller ;)
