When I'm on the samples deck, I click on the little bullseye thing but there is no option in the dropdown menu to 'Load'. The only options are Loop, Match Pitch,BeatLock, Sync on, Autoplay and Write Protected (which seems pointess if u cant load). I'm sure there should be options to Load and Save??? Why doesnt my software have them? This is ridiculous! Unless I am doing something wrong...

If the load/save options are missing, then you are most likely running a free limited edition (LE) of VirtualDJ that does not have these options (E.g: VirtualDJ LE that came with hardware such as a Hercules DJ Console.)
You will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Pro to be able to load/save samples, use custom skins, effects, etc. and much, much more.
Depending on what product you have, your VirtualDJ LE serial number should entitle you to a discount off upgrading to Pro, which you can receive by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and entering the serial number in the box provided.

Hi thanks for that, I bought that equipment exactly...Would have thought it came with the full functionality but nevermind I guess I will have to line their pockets more...
