Hello VDJ community,
I plan on buying the pro version as soon as I get my hands on a mc6000. In the meantime I'm playing with the demo getting to learn the ropes. :)
I have some time this week to play around with vdj some more so I want to prepare and have some Q's to ask. I figure after working the settings I should be able to get at least 5min left in demo mode to test some concepts.
This is what I will be working on,
I going to run vinyl timecode (2x turntables) through my dvs mixer but instead of running the playback audio back through the mixer's soundcard I'm gonna to route it though my 2x Dn-s1200 soundcards back to my mixer.
Why do I want to do this?
Because if I send the audio this way my mixer can then send the audio signal back through my mixer to be sent for further processing in proppellerheads Record 1.5.
My dvs mixer is a Mackie d.2pro. It has a 13/6 firewire soundcard.
On paper this should work so does VDJ allow for this?
Anybody else working with vdj and record 1.5?
