I just bought the Hercules RMX...frustrating because I haven't even been able to play with it. Virtual DJ program that comes with the mixer freezes up in the middle of play and says program not responding. Then shuts down. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my itunes music. If anybody can shed light on this for me I would appreciate it...Thanks!

you need to post your specs, what kind of computer are you using, whats the amount of ram, what operating system, whats the processor speed, base on what you post the problem might be your laptop is not fast enough or you need to upgrade the rmx driver
