Hi all,
Couple of weeks ago I had backspin cut in on me and it stopped a song with a packed dancefloor. I wasn't near the PC at the time and thought it may have been a one off.
Last night same thing happened with the brake effect. Luckily I was right beside the controller and just started the track again. First time it happened on deck 2 and last night it was deck 1.
Has anyone else had this happen?, could my DN-HC4500 be faulty as both backspin and brake are assigned to the FX buttons?

This can happen if you pause the song before the effect has completed or in the case of brake, there is not enough song time remaining for the effect to complete.
In these cases, the effect will remain active and will trigger again at the same point when you load another song on the deck.
You can avoid this from happening by either allowing the effect to complete or turn on CONFIG -> Options -> FX Reset On Load

Hi Jon,
Thanks, I will give that a go. It was disabled in my settings so that's probably it.
Thank you very much
