Topic: Thinking of updating my system

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

It is now getting older and lagging a bit.

Here are the specs

Windows XP: 5.1 (Build 2600)
Video card - x1900 ATI

Running a DAC3 as well.

Would you go to a computer shop and update or start fresh with a new rack system? $$ definitely an issue. Thoughts?

Get an i7 proc or AMD quad core, that way dont have to upgrade for a while.
