Will try that, but this laptop is a VR model which has two independent video cards, Intel on mother board & one nVidia plug-in not running in tandem, or...so I've been told..

Okay, I Managed to get video rendering by lowering the picture resolution down on extended monitor, but now it doesn't scale full screen display on the monitor..

Any way to fix this?
 
Still having the same problem,
Ultra HD, HD, SD 1080p, 1920x1080 doesn't render on extended monitor Vizio E50-C1, Laptop nVidia 1070 Video card, Win 10.
I tried my 2nd laptop GE62 Apache pro Win 8.1 and it works as expected with this one, have the latest Vid. drivers on both, where should I look to resolve this issue?

Okay, happy to say, I've resolve the problem by right clicking vdj icon on desktop, clicked on properties and clicked on compatibility tab and checked "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" and it worked, was able to render to monitor in its native resolution..
