Topic: i cant update

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

when i try to enter my serial or my email it says its invalid. i paid the same 118+usd everyone else did why is my program not updating! someone anyone can you help me out?

Make sure you're putting the correct serial in. It will defenitely work when the correct serial's put in. Also make sure that the computer you're using for VDJ is online when you install VDJ.
