okay so i have a few questions.
first
so i have installed in my laptop virtual dj 2.2 DJC edition..
now when i scratch with the hercules rmx on this edition of virtual dj it works flawlessly, no delay.
when i go on my virtual dj at my business there is something like 20 MS lag when i stop touching the wheel and the song will have a short pause!
this really handy caps my scratch ability.
2
i have 2 dennon s500 and ive used almost every time code disk and there are still little skips my cpu is always around 17% im using a external hard drive....
its not the computer, im sure of it. there are distinct little things that sound like "WIK" as if i pushed the platter forward. i would rather it not do this.
thanks.

The Hercules RMX jogwheel is not touch sensitive, so there will always be a short delay after scratching before the music starts playing again. Because it is not touch-sensitive, the only way it can know that you are scratching is by the jogwheel movement, so it must wait until the jogwheel stops moving to know that you have stopped scratching, allowing song playback to resume.
If you are serious about scratching, then you should upgrade to a controller with touch-sensitive jogwheels.
If there is significantly more delay on one computer compared to another, then the sound and performance settings are different on the other computer (I.e: ASIO buffer size in the Hercules DJ Console control panel is set higher.)
Sound skipping, stuttering, etc. is caused by performance issues with your computer and/or incorrect settings in VirtualDJ - For a list of common causes and their solutions, please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4094/Common_performance_issues_and_solutions.html
