I do not dj clubs, strictly weddings. I cannot find a topic on how to set a series of songs in a playlist and let them play. what I really need to know is... If a song fades to finish, I'd like to have the other song overlap it by a few seconds so that there is no dead air. If the song ends cold, I would like the next one to start within a second. is this possible?????

You have to set the cue entry and exit points in the BPM setting dialogue.Put the files in the playlist window and make sure auto play button is enabled. By default, when you have the files in your playlist, and you press the auto play, VDJ assigns entry and exit points for the tracks.
