Topic: Numark MixTrack Pro, do you got one?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Happened into my local Guitar Center and asked when he thought they might get this unit in. Well, just so happens he just took some off the truck. So I bought one. Gonna install VDJ7 and give this sweetie a go, tell ya more later.

I saw this at my local dealer. The buttons felt plastic and the faders felt chunky. Also, there are no hot cue buttons. I like queuing up multiple points in a track and jumping around depending on what kind of mix I want to perform. But if a small, lightweight surface is all you're looking for, it's kinda hard to knock.

I think you're mistaken, this unit has 3 hot cues on each deck, that's enough for me.
Worked right out of the box, only one small issue I've come across but I'm certain VDJ 7 addressed it. (haven't upgraded yet)
Very nice feel to the platters, very responsive to touch.
The gain sliders feel good, much better than the MK2, feels like a pro mixer.
Xfader not as much, but only effecting scratch dj's really, which I'm not.
Knobs and dials are all smooth and responsive. Clicks are nice and precise. Buttons are a little "plastic' feeling but responsive.

Nice. :)

No one else has one of these? Wanted to compare notes. Soon hopefully.
