I NEED HELP ? I HAVE THE NUMARK MIXDECK AND I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. THE MIXER ON THE MIXDECK IT SELF WORKS FINE WITH VRTUAL DJ SOFTWARE BUT THE PLATTERS ON THE MIXDECK WILL NOT WORK . IT ISNT CONTROLING THE SONG ON ETHER CHANNEL. PLEASE HELP I ONLY BOUGHT THE MIXDECK CAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE SALESMAN THAT IT WOULD WORK WITH ANY DJ SOFTWARE OUT ON THE MARKET.

You need to post this in the correct section of the forum - hardware support would be preferable.
