I NEED HELP ? I HAVE THE NUMARK MIXDECK AND I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. THE MIXER ON THE MIXDECK IT SELF WORKS FINE WITH VRTUAL DJ SOFTWARE BUT THE PLATTERS ON THE MIXDECK WILL NOT WORK . IT ISNT CONTROLING THE SONG ON ETHER CHANNEL. PLEASE HELP I ONLY BOUGHT THE MIXDECK CAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE SALESMAN THAT IT WOULD WORK WITH ANY DJ SOFTWARE OUT ON THE MARKET.

That version is too old and does not support the MixDeck.

If you have purchased VirtualDJ Pro, please register your serial number http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then upgrade for free to latest v7 Pro: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ, then please go to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

i just purchased mixdeck frm numark & cue did all the up grades the only thing missing is the mapping where do i get it
pls let kno a.s.a.p. have a gig this friday

It is built into the latest v7.0.2 version: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you already have this installed and it is not working, make sure that you have the latest drivers and firmware installed from http://www.numark.com/mixdeck
