Ok I have read the 21page READ ME 1st thread and other little threads...BUT NADA!!! I cannot not even use my gear right now because I cant even get it to work with 2 ch let alone 4!! When I play a song on the left side Ch2 there is no problem..I load a song on the right Ch3 I cant hear anything out the head phones.... and the music comes out the Ch2 side?? Maybe I am doing something wrong here??
I did the firmware update Crossfader is disabled the switch is set to 4in/out switches are on USB???
Not sure what I am doing wrong?? Any help would be great!!!
Thanks

OK Figured it out!!! So anyone having this problem with 2ch coming out of one this may help you
In the the sound set up your settings should be like this
Inputs - None
Outputs - 3 line Mixer
Sound Card - VSM4
Make sure the switch is on the 4in/4out position..and you should be good to go!!
I used it last night at a gig and it worked great..Even had a VCI - 300 MK II running on Ch 4!!!
