Ok sorting out another users problem with 2 CDJ400's I thought I would post here how to 2 CDJs with a 4 deck skin.
First make sure you have the ASIO drivers install for the CDJ400's. Found Here:

Next make sure windows is not using the soundcard as the default output.
Now open VirtualDJ and go to config>>sound setup. Click on Advanced Config.
Add Deck 1 then choose CDJ400 ASIO and channels 1 & 2
Add Deck 2 then choose CDJ400 ASIO and channels 3 & 4
Add Deck 3 then choose CDJ400 ASIO and channels 1 & 2
Add Deck 4 then choose CDJ400 ASIO and channels 3 & 4
BTW make sure to remove asio4all if you have it on your system.
