I bought a Hercules Mk4 that came with Virtual DJ. However, after plugging everything in, installing the drivers and the software, etc etc, Virtual DJ gives me an error when starting up that says that there is no device connected. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this????
I previously bought a Hercules mp3 e2, installed everything there, but didn't like it so I returned it for the mk4. Could that have something to do with it?
THANKS

If you still have the version that came with the MP3e2 installed then this will not work with the MK4.
VirtualDJ LE will only work with the controller that it came with.
To resolve, uninstall VirtualDJ LE using AppZapper http://www.appzapper.com
Then install the version that came with your MK4 (You can download this from the Download Center, which may be a more up-to-date version: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html )

Did you get your MK4 working with your VDJ software correctly yet?
