Topic: American Audio Versaport Issues with Timecode Vinyls

i recently purchased 2 stanton t.92's as well as the versaport sound card the versaport recognizes the signal coming from the vinyls (the green led's)
but when i configure my sound setup for timecoded vinyls i select the input as timecode vinyl out put as external mixer and soundcard to 4 card in/out
and i get nothing no response from the program or audio .... but if i change the input to none the sound works great through the mixer... can anyone help please idk what to do btw im using serato time coded vinyls
