Topic: Anyone become famous on youtube?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I was just browsing some old dj videos and came across an old video I posted on youtube. I had forgotten all about it and damn I had over 140 comments. I crack up because its the most shittiest video but funnily enough I think it helped promote the dj gear.

Anyone have any links of their youtube hits of 15secs of fame?

To be honest NO,

Why, because I don't know what editing softwares best for my Sony HD camcorder.

Any suggestions?
 
Sony Vegas is really easy to use.
 
I'm considering live streaming, seems a better choice for recording my video mixes

One thing about the Americans when they do a back to school event they never dress up in school uniforms which is the whole point.

Done those events to Americans and noticed that
 
I use a Sony HD camcorder and I use Pinnacle Ultimate to edit my YouTube videos. Pinnacle recognizes the Sony .MTS files and allows you to edit the video and produce some nice work...

I have done about 50 YT videos and have garnered some acclaim because of it. check it out...

I have over 6000 views on one of my YT vids but it has nothing to do with being a DJ. Probably as famous as I'll ever be lol

Of all the videos I have done (most of which get pulled from youtube within 5 mins for copyright reasons), my bonkers edit has hit 100,000 views. Dont ask me why. When youtube decoded it, they threw the sync out so it doesnt even look good. The internet is a strange place.
 
Wow cool extended edit of bonkers! I'm subscribed to 8thwonderpromos but I think it's not there anymore. Can I request to reupload it to 8thwonderpromos?
 
I havent done any videos for 8th wonder in ages. Didnt have any luck contacting anyone since they changed name - not sure whos running things now. Feel free to try sending them a message though - be happy to speak with them again.
 
@musicalcheers,you did that?..haha..got that a few months back...nice..they need to upload more extended mixes in vid.as for Famous...huh I'm working on it. its there any truth to like pay for them to push your channel? or that "earn subscribers.com" thing? got an email from them a few days ago.
