Hello everybody,
I need your help in something, I just got a brand new sony vaio with intel core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM and windows 7.
Tried to install at the begining the 6.1 version and it wouldn't do it so I installed the 6.0.8.
I have the hercules dj rmx console hooked it up and so far so good.
While mixing now in every single track I play no matter which deck it is you hear lots of interuptions on the track, as if there is not enough memory, it sounds almost like a vynil when the nidle is stuck.
If now I record a set its recorded perfectlly without any interuptions at all, I tried unistalling and installing again several timesbut still does it, does any one has any idea or anything to suggest, it'll be very much appreciated.
The same version installed in old laptop with windows xp works fine.
PS: I've sent twice from the website an email to the support asking about that and I got no replay, just want to mention that and say that this is totally unprofessional from the virtual dj team, I'm dissapointed.
Thanks everybody in advance ;).

It's a problem with your machine I'm afraid. The fact it's stuttering points to either excessive DPC latency, audio driver problems or you having set the performance settings above what your machine can cope with (irrespective of CPU/RAM).
Run a DPC latency check (http://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml) and tell us what you get.
Please also provide:
* System specs
* OS Version and type
* Soundcard details
* Settings from performance tab
* Settings from sound setup tab
