What do I do?

Thanks,

I think you must go to the advanced settings of the soundcard in Virtualdj.

If you can't find this option, you must scroll down in the soundcard settings.

Look into the cover of the card and see which red lights are lit when both decks are playing.
You may find 5&6 live, not 3&4.

You have to use Channels 1&2 and Channels 5&6, don't ask me why.......

Download the newest ASIO 2.0 drivers and you will be able to use all 8 ports.

Reinstall the software. If you downloaded the correct driver you should have to plu in the soundcard twice. I had this happen once and reinstalled and fine...

Also, remember to keep plugging the card into the same USB port. If you change ports then you have to, in most cases; reload the drivers if you change ports. As I said in most cases. Also, if you don't have the card hooked up at all and you launch VDJ then that is a common error to receive.

Thanks,

Vin
