Could somebody please tell me how you cancel stored cue points

Right click on the cue point in the smaller waveform window and select delete. Or, you can set up a keyboard shortcut to do the same.
 
Thanks mate for that, I havnt got a clue about mapping and assigning buttons though so will have to figure that out next.
