Hi all the DJs and djettes out there! I use a normal setup but want VDJ for radio as cant be bothered taking in my setup!
ANYWAY! THE TOPIC--->Can you use VIRTUAL DJ RMX unit with my COMPAQ CQ61 Laptop??(im running VDJ 6.0.6 and its fine. So thats ok BUT
IF ANYONE!! Can help me with this it would be GREAT!! I just don't want to fork out $489$ and get it home then=Problems. I chose the RMX because the other ones seem dodgy and plastic and the pitch adj is a knob instead if a slider PLUS! Its more durable. I just wish i looked at the box and it said Windows EVERYTHING!! lol

Regarding the Rmx, is will work with any version of Windows, from XP to 7, 32 and 64 bit. Just get the latest drivers from the support site.
As for the laptop, I would look more for one using an Intel Atom processor. The AMD processors are not as expensive , but unfortunately aren't always up to the task for music applications.
