Topic: Email notification of private messages

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Long, long ago I used to receive an email whenever I was sent a private message. Now I never do, although notifications of subscribed forum topics works perfectly.

I've looked through my account settings but couldn't find a setting with which to turn this on. Am I missing something, is my account screwed up, or am I just an idiot?

I take it I'm the only one with this issue?
 
I'm sure when the last changes to private messages were made it was mentioned that notification was on the "to do" list. Doesn't happen at the moment.
 
Ah... so it's just something that is broken due to an upgrade. I see.
