Topic: Expert help please!!!

in 2 days i have a gig that requires karaoke .. i have all the karaoke files and i am trying to play them through a separate tv that is connected to my laptop.. i have extended my desktop and selected my video card fine as i was told to do so by going to configure and video and etc. This is working fine and i can view things on the tv, but now once i have loaded a song on to a desk on virtual dj it wont play!! but it will play if i unplug the tv! what could be causing this? Please please please reply asap.. its desperate lol!! thanks

Which Version of VDJ do you use ?

Trial or Professional Full Version ?

pretty sure its profession full version
 
Maybe you have a bug in the version you use. You should register it under 'modify my profile' and download the latest version.

P.S. Some more informations of the used hardware - like cpu, operating system, ram, video card ... could be helpfull.
 
ok well i am a girl and we are rubbish at this sort of thing .. we just like things to work normally lol!!

ok ive got windows 7, 32bit, i'm using a behringer bcd3000 so not sure if thats got anything to do with it?

just says my video card is a mobile pc display?? god im not much help at all really am i!!
 
grace, if you are still about install skype, go to www.skype.com it's freeware then search for Firetext.VDJ.Support and hopefully i will be able to help you that way.
 
ahh i cant sorry im rubbish i dont have webcam or microphone built into my laptop!
 
as long as you have a connection i can see whats going on desktop and text you instructions,
