Topic: How do i remove a device from my profile?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I would like to sell my Hercules MK2 and would like to remove it from my profile.
how do i go about doing that? is it possible to transfer the vdj serial number associated with the device?

Unfortunately this is not possible.

VirtualDJ serial numbers cannot be sold, given or transferred to another user. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/atomixproductions/disclaimer.html

You may sell the hardware console only, and include the original software CD on the understanding that the new user will not be able to register it (You must make them aware of this.)
