Skin full video .
I have a lot of Music Video DVD(karaoke) with menu .
VDJ can play Music Video DVD with menu ?
can i see the menu in VDJ and click with mouse or Different possibility ?

no, thats not what VirtualDJ is for.
You will need to extract the songs as chapters in .VOB format to a harddrive before you can play them.
Instrucions on how to do this are all over the internet. Start at www.doom9.org

IF you want to play the dvds with the menus from the disc, use windows media player..
