I was gettin aquaintes with VDJ 6. Last. night & what\'s up with the music group ad ice thing? How safe is that ?

HI, the music group advice will suggest a song to play next based on the song that's currently playing. Someone else should be able to answer on how it comes up with the suggestion, I think it has to do with other users that are connected. I've never had a safety problem with it, but I always disconnect from the web when I'm not at home.

There is no cost - It's free for Pro users such as yourself.

The suggestions are based on what other DJ's have played next in the music groups that you have joined (You will need to join at least one group.)

There is no risk using it, but if you have your computer connected to the Internet, you must have adequate security measures in place, e.g: Firewall and anti-virus (AV can be disabled for your session if you will not be browsing websites, etc., but your firewall should never be turned off (Unless you are behind a Internet router with built-in firewall.))
 
yea so i just got this new macbook pro and i was tryin 2 install my hercules rmx on to it but it come with virtual dj 5 ........ well it turns out the drivers are for the mac os 10.4 and 10.5 and mine is 10.6 so it did install but keeps telling me that the midi controller isnt installed WTF!!! wat should i do???????? can anyone help??????????plz....
 
hi crazymex. Cant you upgrade your version via the software updates tab toward the left at the top ov page. think it gives versions for MS and Mac. hope that helps some.
